We've had our fair share of struggles when it comes to finding the best way to pack up all your film gear, let alone transport it all! We will often attend conventions or conferences with only one of our team members, and we have to find a way to carry all our gear with only two hands! That's why we decided to share some of our tips when it comes to carrying a full setup!
Our first go to is of course, the iOgrapher backpack. There are many backpacks our there that have great storage and compartments, but we designed this one specifically to help carry all the essentials of filmmaking. Checkout the videos below showing how we pack it up.
Our next tip is the Quest folding sports wagon. We found this awesome cart this summer at Dick's Sporting Goods, but you can find it at many sporting goods stores as well as Amazon. This cart is great for carrying heavy loads, and it's easy to push around. The greatest part is that it easily collapses and folds up, making storing and transporting it a breeze. It also has cupholders! You can find it here. Our next suggestion is to checkout our hard travel cases. These are great protective cases that will keep your gear safe and completely protected. We have them in various sizes, so be sure to get the right one for your sized iPad. These have become widely popular among our schools, as it is a great case to hold an iPad set up and teachers can check the case and gear out to students. We get them custom made from Nanuk, so if you want to learn more about the materials of the case itself checkout their website www.nanuk.com.
