Returns & Exchanges

 
What is the return policy? 
 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on all our products. We ask that you meet these requirements first: 

-You can return your order to iOgrapher.com within 30 days of your purchase.

-Items must be in their original packaging

-Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping amount.
 
Are Returns Free? 
 
-The shipping cost incurred for returning items to iOgrapher for an exchange or a refund are not covered or reimbursed by us. 
 
What if I have a kit or bundle? Do I have to return everything if I only want to return one item?
 
-You only need to return the items you wish to return/exchange. Be sure to clarify what items you are looking to keep and return in your request. 
How do I submit a return request?
 
-You will be required to send the product back to our iOgrapher Customer Support Department in the original packaging with a Return Authorization number before a return or exchange can be issued.
 
-Please email support@iographer.com to submit your return and receive all the instructions you need to send the item(s) back to us! 
 
What if my items are damaged?
 
-We hope this never happens, but if your items are damaged or defective, please email support@iographer.com with images of the damage so that we can personally take care of your issue as quickly as possible and arrange for a replacement unit to be sent in exchange.    
 
How long does it take for my return/exchange request to be processed?
 
-We try and process returns as quickly as possible, and we do our best to respond to your return/exchange request within 24 hours. 
 

-Exchanges will be submitted with a tracking number within 1-2 business days. 

When will I get my refund?
 
-You will be refunded via the original payment method within 1-2 business days after our distribution center receives the returned items.
